Healthy mind- 3 things I am thankful for or positives for the day: 1) My knee is starting to feel better. 🤗 2) I was able to get out and walk 3/4 of a mile on flat ground. 🚶🏼♀️ 3) The sun is shining and it makes me feel happy! 😁
