I keep looking at my progression and feeling like I’m not losing fast enough. I’ve lost 30lbs in 4 months, which is such an accomplishment. I wish I could let myself enjoy it. But I look at the chart and think—where will I be in Nov? Dec? Just finding it hard to live in the moment these days. Lots of anticipation.
