Good day, period. Did exactly whats been working and guess what..it still works...duh! Had to tinker and toy with it yesterday (although it was not a caloric disaster...more a psychological drain!!) and to top it all off...I had me some desert! Surprise package all the way from the Louisiana kinfolk...a King Cake from Mardi Gras. Nice long jog walk at work, some push ups along the way, and yes baby DESERT!Not a lot, but enough!! i HAD TO LIST IT AS cheese danish AS that is what the taste and texture reminded me of. No listing for King Cake on the site. No biggy! I dig this site, I dig the support, and I dig that this stuff is working! Feels god!
