having a slow go at it this go around,BUT(and that's a big but) i can say that i am at least going! i really didn't gain that much back, but it feels like i've gained it all and then some. if i had of stuck with it all those times i caved in i could have been to my goal by now. probably even below it. may i use this particular journal today as a future reference if i want another chocolate cookie...like the ones that are on my kitchen counter looking at me.
