5th day on Atkins. Overall very positive experience. Lost 7lbs in 5 days so far, guess its because I have good deal to lose. On the negative side I have had some minor headaches last couple days. I also get up to pee more in the last 5 days than I think I have in the entirety of my existence. I used to be able to sleep all night without getting up, now I get up 4-5 times or more a night. I guess all that water is doing its thing.

Great job! You lose a lot of water the first week or so (especially on low carb). You might want to cut the water at a certain time so you don't have to keep getting up at night.
