Enjoying this slow loss since it means I've found (or am close to discovering) a new way of eating that works for me. It doesn't take much work for me at this point to keep to this eating plan since it fits my lifestyle much better. And, if it suits my lifestyle then I'm more apt to stick with it. On another note, I'm doing the Tough Mudder in early Sept so need to "lighten up" so I can hoist myself over the walls. Here's hoping! :)
