The green is homemade pesto: basil, sunflower seeds, macadamias, lemon juice & olive oil (no cheese or garlic); the white is almond cream cheese (vegan) & the pickled onion is homemade as well. I got the recipe from Earthandy on Instagram 😊 you can buy Nori sheets at Woolworths 😝🥑🥬🥒

I use nori too, as my go-to sandwich wrap. Available at most markets in the Asian foods section. It's high in iodine which supports thyroid function. Load it up with healthy fillings and it's a perfect lunch or snack.
