my diet has been perfect for teh most part.. with weekends being little explosions of indulgences. but still very atkins complaint im happy to report. well, for the most part. i am back on the full diet today and i am stricken with a sore throat again.. i think it's the same cold as last week, just it came back with a vengeance! the same sickness happened to my bf just the week prior to my first symptoms.. but i'm so happy that my sore throat losenges are 0 carb. success!
