7/22/14 weight is unrealistically low, slept too long from using zzzquil, which I think must have a diuretic effect. for opposite reason weight was too high yesterday. I don't use zzzquil every night, never 2 nights in a row.
Today I got the delivery of 25Lbs of nutrional yeast, from nuts.com BEST PRICE, & was much lower with bulk like that. It came in a box, in one BIG plastic bag. I sealed it up in 19 containers. mouse proof.
