I was doing so well with my weight loss journey... that is until I was rear ended on the interstate. I probably gained back everything I lost. I'm now cleared by my doctor to start exercising again. time to get back on the exercise train and get back to where I was. please excuse the massive weight gain whenever I decide to weigh myself. I was bed ridden for a few months... the pain was excruciating.
