Scales don’t seem to be moving this week, so frustrating after my half a stone loss last week maybe that’s why? I should be pleased none of that has gone back on I guess! I even turned down a Chinese and fair food including hot doughnuts and candyfloss 😩🥺 Official weigh in tomorrow morning Happy Sunday FS 😘
