I went out to a family dinner, but brought my own food to eat. It was a good strategy. No one had to be concerned about my diet choices. I was OK... I had a bowl of cooked cauliflower topped with vegetable marinara sauce with added beans & lentils. I added a small sprinkle of parmesan cheese. And I had a treat...3 cookies with my cup of tea. I forgot to take a photo of supper so photo is of the leftovers I ate Sat at lunch, exactly the same meal.
The rest of the family drank cocktails, ate nachos, and then ate lasagna, Caesar salad, 2 large leaves of baked garlic toast, ice cream & cookies & tea.
