It’s such a rush going thru the store and finding low calorie food that you can eat more of because calories are lower. Tried smart dogs (50cal) tonight not bad for meatless.. Got some soft white bread that is 30 calories a slice and got some kraut 10 for 1oz. So dinner came in at 180.

Nice I have to look at the sodium content. Apparently I tend to hold on to sodium

I figure once I lose the weight then I will try to worry more about eating healthier. I do take meds for heart, blood pressure & a water pill so I should pay more attention but I don’t feel like I can do both lose weight and be full and be healthier without giving up. My meds work so I will focus on weight loss then hopefully eat healthier. I probably was eating 3000 calories a day and doing nothing because of my heart issues I gained a lot of weight and it was just making everything worse. I am only on my 4th week of being serious about taking control of my life again. It ain’t easy that’s for sure. Good luck to you

And to you as well. You are in the right track. Tackling one goal at a tome pretty soon all your cardiac meds will be a thing in the past.
