in line with always accurate tracking I'm logging this massive blip.

It is a combination of the big bbq we had last night and eating massive amounts of food, and my guess higher salt content and dehydration.

not a big deal, sure it will fluctuate back down shortly. but it is interesting how one night made such a fluctuation.

its also super hot here at the moment which is contributing to the higher number I'm sure.

The plan for today is to try to cut the eating, although we do have another bbq today. since my IF went out the window a bit yesterday I want to wait as long as I can before opening the eating window and then stick to closing it by 9pm at the latest. hope it works out.

tomorrow will be easier as we have no plans so I can extend my fasting and really cut the amount of food I eat.

It wasn't a surprise this blip up but it still makes me feel terrible. not super terrible but it's sad that even a small let go has such consequences but yet there are people I see stuffing their faces everyday and not gaining. This is a blip but I do know that if I slip for long then it will be not just a fluctuation.
