Ate very badly yesterday, but will not repeat and undo all of my hard work. It's those goddamn Peanut Butter m&m's which I knew were a bad idea to begin with. I ate a bunch, felt bad, purged, ate some more, ate more other food at home, purged, and ate more bagels. Gross. I need to stop, and think before I eat. It didn't even feel good. It really is just a strong craving. Addiction? Those dying kicks. I need to do better!
