I did a nice little (translation ---> left me gas'd at the end) Tabata circuit today. As I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do, I decided to do a full body circuit. Loved that as I finished the last round, I found myself laying flat out on my mat...just spent! Good 20 minutes spent!

Ran a quick errand this afternoon and I found a surprise in the door compartment of my car. This past weekend, I'd purchased 2 chocolate chip cookies at a coffee shop after our hike. Only one was consumed at the time...so this one was still in my car. Today is the first day we've had temps over 70°F so that baby was gooey and calling my name. Yep, I didn't hesitate! I've had a great week of working out and eating reasonably that it I declared it OK to go for it.

Work has been a bit stressful, but I find that having my lunch hour workouts give me an outlet to manage it all. And because I only have about a little 30 minute window to workout, I try to make it as intense as possible.
