Mrs. R - I've been drinking a lot of green tea lately with lemon. Sometimes hot, sometimes iced. I've read that green tea can boost metabolism. I tend to be a real skeptic about "magic bullets". I will say though that the green tea really helps with fluid retention. I'm not much of a water drinker so I try to compensate with a lot of green tea and various herbal teas.
