so close I can almost taste it. it's crazy to see the scale reflect that number under 200 for weeks now. I'm maintaining and still fluctuating, trying to keep hydrated and remember I can eat anything just in moderation and while being mindful of it I really want it or it just is me leaning on my crutch, food.
