About 906 calories for this mega salad!🥗 Lettuce, spinach, baby carrots, black olives, radishes, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, eggs, buffalo chicken with french dressing! Mmmmm! I'm stuffed! Probly a good thing I forgot the cheese!😃🥗 🥬🐔🥚 🧅 🥕 🥒🍅

Not sure how you reach 906 calories. Chicken and a few croutons?

The big calorie contributors were the buffalo chicken🔥🐔, french dressing, two eggs 🥚🥚and I'd forgotten to mention the sunflower seeds🌻🌻🌻🌻... Next time only one egg 🥚, and when the dressings that l have on hand run out, I'll start trying lower cal ones... Gonna be a lotta salads before that happens though. 🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗🥗 Croutons 🍞 add a bunch of cals too, but l'm not willing to cut back there yet! Need some crunch! 😋

That's what I like. I used to eat croutons but yes alot of cals. I love crunch so switched to chow mein noodles. I don't do alot of meat on salads but cheese is my downfall. Like the egg addition.
