@Fatgirlslim1982 I think I need to adjust the goal weight, I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to meet a lower target. Its a mental thing….which makes no sense even to me.

Also new to this calory counting... Did you also get a supsise at how many calories were in a tablespoon of oil?? I neverly poured the oil down the drain lol but then i decided to not be wasteful but to be moderate
