No birthday cake. Had sugar free jello with dairy whipped topping this afternoon tho. I did really well as far as macros and calores today.

Good for you, last night I went to a Birthday Party and instead of cake, I had Strawberries and Heavy whip cream.... was nice of my friend to do this for me. I think if we voice ourselves to family and friends about how important our goals are they go out of their way to be as helpful as possible..
