Grilled Chicken breasts are pretty boring, but definitely the key to my summer of better eating and health. The key to making these good is thin meat, high heat, quick cook (5 min per side) and seasoning of course.

Without grilled chicken I don't know where I'd be! It has been and will continue to be a big part of my diet. Down 80+ lbs because of it.
