I am very happy with my weight-loss, eating healthy and counting carbs... Here is my problem, my stomach must have shrunk, i feel ill when i eat fatty or starchy foods, i am struggling to consume enough calories. As a result i think i am losing too quickly, i have lost 6.3kg in 4 weeks. But, i am not craving, eating 6 times a day (small low cal and low fat). What is your thoughts?

Perhaps it would be beneficial to see a professional a doctor and a dietician/nutritionist. Hope you see the results you want to see!

Make sure that you never eat under 1200 calories per day as to not mess with your metabolism. Eat fruit, vegetables and protein to fill your calories if under that. I also struggle with fatty and starch filled foods. A nice fluffy 2 egg omelette or scrambled eggs with spray and cook is around 150 calories if you are ever short. I am currently having a bowl of apple wedges, cucumber wedges and carrot sticks. Nice crunchy snack.
