I am very happy with my weight-loss, eating healthy and counting carbs... Here is my problem, my stomach must have shrunk, i feel ill when i eat fatty or starchy foods, i am struggling to consume enough calories. As a result i think i am losing too quickly, i have lost 6.3kg in 4 weeks. But, i am not craving, eating 6 times a day (small low cal and low fat). What is your thoughts?
