My dietitian is strongly against it, you are essentially starving yourself which will lead to binge eating.

I think your dietitian is concerned that the proper nutrition won’t be consumed. I’ve had tremendous success using OMAD. It take discipline sure but the different is consuming the right amount of nutrients. The above picture doesn’t look like enough calories/protein etc etc which is going to have some side affects.

Most dieticians and doctors are not well informed about intermittent fasting. do your research yourself. It is very effective and healthy too. Although the pictured food does seem quite little to sustain you till 23 hours later...I would increase quantities to get the full nutritional value.

Hi Nazley. I do OMAD. It works but just make sure you are getting in enough nutrients and you will be fine. I will up on quite a bit of protein as it sustains my, based on your picture, I believe you are on the right track. Keep it up
