Played about an hour and a half of high intensity full court basketball yesterday and once again my left foot is giving me pain issues. I didn't really do anything during the game to hurt it, but I was defending a really excellent ball player which had me testing the ankles the entire game. I wanna go play again today because it is a heck of a good time and I burn a ton of calories doing it. However, I could barely make it through my insanity workout last night because of the tenderness in it. I reckon I will go play and if it feels like it may be a problem I will switch to an exercise machine.
