Day 5 and today I was 239lbs. Going back down but still so upsetting I’m back up. I’ve decided not to continue going to that gym. It does not work with my schedule for the amount of money. I feel I enjoy being outside way more and can easily commit to taking a walk/jog. My next plan is to find the will to go to the mall and get new running shoes. It’s definitely time.

I broke my fast at 46 hours. Longest fast I’ve ever done. I had mainly water and today i had bulletproof coffee. I did not have eggs left to make a small breakfast for dinner because i put the last 4 in the tuna i made for lunch this week, so i ate a little bit of tuna with some of the baked cheese crackers i made as well. 15 minutes later my stomach started to feel weird. Not sure if it’s because of my choice of foods to break fast with but I definitely won’t be doing it again because this is feeling very “stay near the toilet-ish”. Well, good thing is maybe I’ll weigh 236lbs
again after 😂
