Let's get this started!

New swimsuit, new scale that measures weight, body fat, bmi, and hydration level.
Fridge is stocked with food, going to work on eating on time, with proper frequency, and better portion control, also going to work on what is being eaten, improve that and improve elsewhere also.
Going to start drinking more water, need to stay hydrated...

Going to mix bicycle riding, with some P90 with some elliptical, with maybe some Wiifit/Resort/Dancing/Zumba. Depends on if I buy a Wii in the next week or so and also depends on which 'game' I get with it. Also might add some pole dancing to the mix, depends on if I get the pole instead of the Wii or if I can afford both(unlikely).
Also need to walk more... Would definitely benefit the dog also. He is super bored and is going to get creaky joints if I allow him to continue laying around like he has been.

Will be working on sleeping better. Can't keep up this sleep for 4 hours here or 6 hours there. Going to work on getting a full 8hrs of sleep now. Starting tomorrow night that is since it is already after 2am -.-;

Sticking with calorie counting, seems to be the best for me currently and I am beginning to get used to the idea of watching calorie amounts. Just need to try to add the watching of fibers, protein, sugars, and fats with it.

Aiming to have my results met on or before 3 months from now.
We will see. Will weigh in weekly. Going to start tracking body measurements as well, have an excel sheet made for entrance of information (weight, body fat, bmi, waist/arm/thigh measure) weekly for the next three months.
