After class yesterday my trainer asked me if I was coming for the AM class today so I could do my weigh in. I told him yes. I woke up to go to class that starts at 5:15. Left my house at 4:50, rushing. It’s only about a 3 minute drive but it’s about a 15 minute power walk depending on how my knees feel. Sat there til 5:45 because he’s always late and he didn’t show. Something told me check Facebook, which I never do early in the morning because its so depressing and there was a message from him at 4:44 asking if I was coming to class?! He said the one other person who comes that early said they weren’t going. I feel whether they were going or not that’s not what I’m paying you for. It’s really discouraging when I’m trying to workout and do the right thing and these roadblocks happen.
I could care less about actually working out honestly but when my period starts I gain weight and my 5 week goal was 15lbs, which I have but he’s never at the gym to record my measurements. I’m going to try to make it to the 9:15 class here in 30 minutes. Wish me luck.
