Breakfast, snack and lunch for us today, 600cal total. So yummy... Oh and resisted urge to eat birthday cake at work, small victories 💪

Breakfast is low fat blackberry and cherry yogurt with rasberries blackberries and a strawberry, as well as 5 small banana, egg and cinnamon flapjacks. Snack, reduced fat hummus with some veggies. Lunch, grilled portabella mushroom and feta, 1/4 avo, 1 boiled egg on a bed of baby spinage, mixed seeds and nuts and light yogurt and herb dressing
