Thanks Slim. It's my tummy that was the issue. I cheated and bought herbex berry juice cos I knew from previous experience that releases me. But I'm not going to use it daily only when I'm blocked up (and at home 🙃) Green tea and increasing fibre wasn't working!

Wow! Massive drop. I also tend to struggle at times with my tummy and water retention. completely forgot to weigh this morning. Will be weighing in tomorrow.

@Divine, sometimes fibre doesn’t agree with everyone. It can make you more constipated when you don’t drink enough water. The best foods that work for me, is to eat fruit and veg full of water, they do have fibre in them. Whenever I eat cauliflower or broccoli I have no trouble going. When I eat beans, lentils and other high fibre foods, I get constipated. So I avoid them. When it’s watermelon season, I eat a lot of it breakfast time and I drop a lot of weight. I would eat like 3 servings 😂 but it’s mostly water and fibre. With lots of essential micronutrients your body craves. Trial and error. Soon you will find what foods make you drop weight fast and you will be amazed how much weight you drop.

🤪🤪🤪🤪 I'm trying to cut down on carbs and that was the result. Told my husband that I was full of $h!t !!!! I'm trying for more fruit and veggies now. Pity it isn't watermelon season
