1211 calories... Roasted chicken thighs, chicken and garlic rice, zucchini and squash, brussel sprouts w/bacon chips, and a half glass of white moscato. Mmmm 😋 Probably less actual calories than that, cuz I figured both the squash and brussel sprouts in at twice what I had. 🧈🧅🥒🧄🍚🍗🥓🍷😋😋😋😋

944 calories, including the wine. Had 2 thighs (had added for 3) and counted for about twice the actual veggies I'd eaten. Way under points for the day! Learned the hard way last week though, save some for a tough day later! 🤔😉
