2 hours ago I was complaining about my calories burned being only around 1200 for the amount of activity I had done by 7 am so I sat here (and did absolutely nothing) and here it is almost 1030 and time to break my fast and I’m already over 2000 just for existing. 😂 I did sneak a peak at the scale after my workout this morning and I was at 239.6!
I’m not going to adjust my weight here because it’s always been “the first weight when I awake” & that’s how I’m going to leave it.
