You have been doing so well. I have been struggling on and off. It’s all mental for me. Anything new happen that might be contributing to the struggle? 

I have also been struggling lately. But I've DECIDED to get back to believing in myself again, positive self talk like...... TEMPTATION is temporary.... What good is that chocolate cake doing for my body.... No more instant gratification.... I'm stronger than the temptations and I'VE GOT THIS GUURL! Baby steps, 1 at a time. We've got this girls!
