Have you been exercising? How many calories do you eat? And for how long have you been at those calories? The body does adapt. Maybe you have to increase your calories a bit and then back to your RDI calories again. Maybe you will get other good advice on how to shift this plateau.

I am... but it keeps fluctuating. Lost 25kg pretty good doing intermittent fasting but it's such a battle getting from 65kg to 60kg. I've tried calorie increase and decrease. Only time I'm loosing is with extended fasts, but when I do my normal 18:6 then I gain again. Beyond frustrated!

I also did I/F only ate at 11am and my last meal at 4pm but I was having surgery so you can rather have your last meal at 6pm.

Hi maybe try and eat less calories sometimes when doing the i/f when you eat to much then you won't loose ,do more Hiit workouts and more walks that worked for me also when I see I use to gain more I would go back and see what I had more of also try not to worry how much you weight on the scale I stopped doing that so now I measure with a measuring tap and see how much inches I lost ,go and check out growithjo walking workouts it helped me alot small consist changes will make you feel good.hope it helped

Yeah . It happened when I was intermittent fasting . So I did a prolonged 3 day fast and it sorted it out . And the other time I hit a plateau I just stopped fasting for a week and then went back to it and it worked for me

Shakira I had a knee op last year I can’t walk to far or run anymore, I’ve ran marathons since I was a baba lol I had to stop 4 years ago :( but I cycle and do weights, I started on 1500 calories then went to 1000 then the people crucified me on this app so I went to 1300 now I’m just plain gatvol xxx

Same thing. After Covid and no excersice I'm battling to get back in to it.
Haven't gained weight but I also haven't lost weight. Doctor said I need to take it easy for about 12 weeks. Half way there now.
I just want to get back on my bicycle and loose this weight.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Have you tried switching up what you eat? Sometimes giving your body a "shock" helps. Also exercise doesn't need to be hectic but something.
