This is why I love this group!! Definitely going to go for the healthier options and also watch my liquid calories... I'm currently doing intermittent fasting and have already made the conscious decision that I will take a break from it for this week but will get right back into it when I get home. I have not been away for the last 2 years and I definitely want to just unwind so I'm going to enjoy the time away, be mindful of what I eat and also not be hard on myself
