It's my off day! I have been working extremely hard to get off of this weight plateau I had been stuck on for two weeks.. and this last week of Insanity video + my regular workout at the gym pushed me to the edge and I saw 3 lbs fall off the scale. Today is my off day and I am really looking forward to it. Of course on my off day I still do about 30 minutes of light cardio. I am proud of myself and my wife whom is down 15 lbs in the last 2 months. It's a lot easier when you have someone right there with you to hold you accountable. So the plan for tonight is: Light cardio, swimming with my 16 month old, and then some hot tub/sauna action!
