Its hard getting use to only eating 1200 calories a day still have only managed to get to it down to 1400 or 1600 but I am a very active sports person doing badminton on Monday squash on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursday gym or badminton Friday's I rest and Saturday's and Sundays on a average week keeping my net calories down to a 1000 a day maybe that's a little to hard on my body.

I have been on the 1200 calories a day and i could not keep it. Now i am more active, my intake is between 1500 and 2000 and I exercise 5 times a week for an Hour... slower weight loss but i am so tired of being on a diet all my life... my new motto... keep it healthy and keep moving...
