I am thrilled. people are always on about carbs and proteins and fats. but my just counting calories and weighing my usual food; the weight is dropping. this way I'm sure I can keep weight off when I go into maintenance phase! I have been on duromine, realislim and never achieved results like this and any of my weight loss just piled back on when I left the medication. I do have plans to increase my protein intake and decrease my carbs but it's winter and it's hard for me to be eating cold salads as a filler. also I have IBS and find when I go low carb; my stomach goes on strike😄

I say keep doing what you’re doing. You’re right, we can make things more complicated than what it really is. I think when you are on your last few kgs and just can’t seem to break a plateau. Then cutting carbs should be the last resort. Then you have plenty of room to make a change to drop to your goal weight. You definitely got this 👏🏼 well done❣️

Thank you. I was doubting if calorie counting on its own would work. It has been so far so as slim mentioned, I'll keep doing what's working until it stops
