I've lapsed! Total failure! Not been doing my exercise this week and not taken the dogs out at all! Instead I've been wallowing in self pity! I did clean the bathroom yesterday so at least I didn't sit on my butt like Monday & Tuesday. Weather permitting, I'll be taking the pooches out later and hopefully getting back on track with my aerobics. It's only 15 minutes but I know I need to keep it up & get fitter!
