Well the weekend was a mixed bag. Not very healthy food & drink wise & didn't do my aerobics but I did have quite a good walk on Sunday. Monday was also a washout as I was very depressed for no particular reason apart from stress with my work, so I ended up spending most of the day on the couch nursing 2 huge insect bites on the backs of my calves. I had a horrendous reaction and was in tears for most of the day! Tried to claw back some sanity by making a stir-fry for dinner, but then topped that with half a bar of chocolate!
Today is another day & I am starting over (yet again!)
I plan to get on with some seriously neglected housework and hopefully fit in my aerobics too.
I have 2 weeks before we go away again and need to get in some kind of control before we go.
