Really kind of depressed, sitting here not doing anything. Wtf.

By 11 I will have gone to the gym or gone to the library. Done.

Going to the gym will "help" your feeling of depression to leave you, you go girl, get those endorphins working, but dont ignore there may be other reasons for feeling depressed. Take care of yourself today. I just got this out of wikpedia.com.............................. How Do Endorphins Work? Endorphins act by locking into receptors in the nervous system for chemicals that transmit pain messages to the brain. Once the endorphin, or the "key", is in the "lock," pain causing chemicals are prevented from transmitting their messages (Rathus and Nevid 2003). Endorphins interact with the opiate receptors in the brain to reduce our perception of pain, similar to the drugs morphine and codeine. The body's release of endorphins,however, does not lead to addiction like morphine and codeine might.

Good for you. I am glad you are going to the gym. You are way ahead of me. I have a gym at work and do not use it. I did walk outside today with friends for 15 minutes. It felt good guess I will continue with that to start. Do not let things bring you down. You are doing well.
