This morning was Kempo - dripping sweat! That was soooooooooooooooooooooo much fun! Loved the blocks section (I felt like a badass!) :)

Now to survive the weekend... I can stay pretty good with my diet all during the week but come the weekend it is just so hard for me!!!

I usually give myself one meal a week to 'cheat'. But even then I try not to stray too far from the plan. Hang in there! PS: I was dripping sweat too! Way to bring it!

That's a GREAT idea! I'll just have to remember to cheat just a little... I like to go all out sometimes!

You can go out and not cheat. Tony Horton explained once that just be up front with the waiter. They want a tip, and you want a good meal. Just ask for what they recommend that has lean protein surrounded by tons of veggies. They will go out of their way to support you and in turn leave a nice tip! Two tips actually. One money, the second being the little nugget of health truth that they might take to heart for themselves.
