Not-so-anabilc french toast 🤣🤪. 5 slices of bread 6 egg whites, some old fashioned natural peanut butter , strawberry jam a banana in-between the layers and some maple grove s.f syrup, coffee and a scoop of protein powder mixed in 240ml o.j. for just over 800cals. About 300 cals shy of my breakfast goal. I might have to sneak in a big bowl of fruity pebbles .
