Well I am coming back. I decided that I have to just get serious and stop playing around with my weight. I have really let myself go. I decided to go get my hair done yesterday and I am feeling better. I just feel like I am the biggest failure. I really need to see that I can change. I guess I want instant results. I know that there is results but I want It all gone. I have missed signing in and talking to all of the people on here regularly. I feel old and fat and do not know where my life is going. I just feel like this is my mid-life crisis. I just miss having my children being children. Sometimes I think I will like it, but I then feel like being a mom is the only thing in my life I ever really enjoyed. Now I am just wondering what else I can do. I have education, a great marriage, but I am empty. I guess if I lose the weight I will be better focused.

glad you are back. Don't give up. This is a slow slow and hardly even moves process. But over time will make a difference.

Welcome back. I want it all to come off like, RIGHT NOW!! But I think about all the other times I've tried and failed. I know what I'm doing now matters and it's working. That's why I come here daily because I need the encouragement and support that I don't have in my life any other time. You should read some of my journals, I know where you're coming from. We are here for you and you can do this and you will do this!!!!! Don't quit!!
