Yummy food Friday, Saturday, and mini-vacation Sun, Mon, Tues. Almost 2lbs up, I will take it! I didn't go completely overboard. Lots of times I saw what I really wanted and toned it down a smidge. Even a smidge is acknowledgement. Grabbed Wendy's on the road and they messed up our sandwiches, intead of my grilled chicken sandwich they gave me my old favorite homestyle chicken sandwich. The greasiness of it was not appetizing. It was good but I realized, I liked my intended sandwich better! That was nice to feel!
We had smores at the campground. I LOVE smores! AND I made fire! This girl right here, yes sir! Hubby was excited we finally got to stop at a Waffle House for breakfast, he has wanted to forever. Very high cal meal but wanted to try all their goodies and shared with the two babies and my older son. Had some Moose Tracks Mon evening. We had IHOP the next morning and instead of the Breakfast Sampler I opted for the Senior Breakfast Sampler... 1 of everything vs. two and got wheat toast vs. pancakes. On the way back home we stopped at a Mom and Pops pizza place. Delish but heavy and greasy too.
Back in the swing this morning. Had my morning sweet potato and I am stuffed with my pb&j sandwich and had a side of the yogurt/cottage cheese/sliced almond/flax combo.
Vacation is sooo nice, but in regards to eating, I really like my routine. I enjoy the things I am eating now. It was nice to indulge a bit but I am glad to be back to my routine foods. All the time in the sun and I know I didn't drink at all close to what I should've either. Almost 2lbs, I am going to anticipate going up more before I start heading back down.
