Ughhh ok the craving are here. stress is high, my kids are too much sometimes. I seriously have a tension headache and i'm finding myself wanting to drink alchoholic beverages at the end of the dya just to relax me. Not everyday but I think about it everyday. Not good right cuz they pack in lots of extra calories, plus i've been diving into chocolate and chips and not taking portion control seriously. This week so far has been a disaster. So weighing in on Friday i'm scared but oh well. Hope u all are doing good.*

I believe Dr. Ian's book says that this is a "forgiving" diet...or something like that. Yesterday is gone. What will you do with today? It's never too late to get back on that horse. Hang in there!

Hang in there...you know you can do this and you have done it, so chalk it up and toss it away! We all have those weeks and they suck, but we just move on and make the best of it. Keep your chin up!
