I have the urge to eat bad, as I'm hungry, I'm having a few chips with a roll and ham. I'd rather a big chunk of cheese, loads of chips in fact why stop there!
...because I want to look and feel better than I do, I want to at least see my son through University and getting himself into work. Perhaps even see our daughter married, you're taking your time Tash!
That won't happen unless I get these urges under control, because when you are bad one day, the next day is so easy to be bad again.
Be happy Steven that you are having a few chips and a roll. Don't see how deep the rabbit hole is, just set a two foot limit!
