How do you guys stay consistent over a weekend? I find it extremely difficult.

Hi. I do quite a bit of prep at weekends so it's easier during the week to grab a meal made up of the right stuff 👍

I sleep late. Then I go for a long walk, about 5kms. I skip breakfast and then only have 2 meals a day. No snacking in between.

I try to relax the rules over the weekend, but I still calorie count..

I make sure that U track everything I eat then check out my macros. Planning ahead also helps. I only eat lunch, omad.

What works for me - I log everything I eat, but I don’t force myself to reach daily limit during the week. And most days Im under the calories I should eat. Then on weekends I have more freedom (and time) to cook and enjoy meals I like (or visit friends etc) i just make sure that my weekly average is still within my limit.

For me, i realized a big reason for my insecurity was my weight and that it was the biggest thing holding me back. I made a decision that I'm sick of being fat and insecure. I will be fit and confident. I will do whatever it takes because being fat and insecure is not the life i should be living because it's not living at all.
