So I have went up and down with my weight but I'm back on track now. Broke my own record last night by running 7km/hr for 10 minutes straight. Please note that I weigh 96kg so for me this is a HUGE achievement 😁😁😁😁 excited to do this again tonight. I usually do an hour on the treadmill with running and walking in between.
