There are many, that even gain but lose cm’s due to gaining muscle. It’s normal. And even preferred. If you’re at a healthy BMI you should not be concerned. Muscle is important when it comes to metabolism. You can eat way more calories. Obviously you have to keep working out to keep those muscles 💪🏼

Yes been struggling with that for past month or more . Can feel the cm but scale moves very slow but I am doing lots of weight training like 3 x week so my trainer explained that it could be that cause . Which is picking up muscle hence the scale doesn’t go lower much
